Is the one of
divisions in office of the president ,
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University which
was transformed from combination of
personnel responsibility , legal affairs
and personnel development fund according
to the announcement of Ministry of
education regarding separation of
responsibility of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University dated 23 June
2006 Division of Personnel
Management has
responsibility in Human Resource
Management , Legal Affair,
Regulations , Announcement, Human
Resource Development as well as
support in research accomplishment.
Announcement and academic service have
not been recorded officially in the
first period but can be implied
from exist document that During
year1937 -1957 ,Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University was named as Suan Sunandha
Vittayalai School which presided
by principal. There is no
regulation regarding separation of
functions . Separation is managed by
importance of functions for school set
up at that time . The Head of function
was promoted depend on seniority as well
as personal ability. Administration of
all functions relied on “ Central
Office” which situated
1st floor, Kannaporn Pipat
Building ( Nowadays, Building 11)
In Year
1958, Ministry of education elevated
Suan Sunandha Vittayalai School to be
Suan Sunandha teacher's
college.Khunying Krongkaew Patummanond
appointed to be Principal and
Director,special level. Admirative
system is particularly divided
whereas still named “
Central Office” as
previous time. Subsequently in
1968 “ Central Office” was
moved from 1st floor,
Kannaporn Pipat Building ( Nowadays,
Building 11) to Sai Suttha Nopadol
Building ( Nowadays, Building 27)
Later in Year 1975 “
Central Office” was rotated again
to Orapan Adisaisak Building ( Nowadays,
Building 53) “ Central
Office” was renamed as “
Office of the president” according
to the division of the act of
teacher's college which
determines function responsibilities as
follow :Document , Finance, Accounting ,
Inventory, Vehicle , Facilities, General
administration and Human resource
management including other
functions in teacher’s college. In
Year 2003 ,Office of the president was
rotated to Hemmavadeephitak Building (
Nowadays, Building 37) Afterwards,
in 2009 ,Office of the president was
rotated to Office of the president
Building ( Nowadays, Building 32)
which is the present
location. During 1992 -1995
,Suan Sunandha teacher's college was
renamed as Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University , this act was effective on
19 January 1995 and “ Office of
Headmaster “ was renamed to
“ Office of the president”
according to code 10 of act of
Rajabhat Institution year 1995 .
Function description of “ Office
of the president” is Secretarial
responsibilities and deputy of
President. To facilitate the other
functions or government sectors ,
accomplish correspondence , manage
administrative documents ,
personnel management , budget
administration , vehicle management as
well as welfare including task besides
other functions responsibilities. Office
was divided to 10 departments as follow
: Settlement of
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University,which
Suan Sunandha teacher's college was
replaced according to act of Rajabhat
University year 2004, on 10 June 2004.
Each Rajabhat University is assigned to
be a legal entity as well as being the
government sector according to the Law
on Budgetary Procedures under the Higher
Education Commission. Afterwards in year
2006 ministry of education notification
regarding the division of
government sector of Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University Year 2006 .Office of
the president can be divided in to 5
divisions as follow
: Year 2011,
university council of Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat buildt up one more
division in to Office of the president
which is Division of treasury.
